These terms apply to this website, run by Miz Commerce, which offers a 60-day coaching program for eCommerce brands from New York. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This site describes Miz Commerce and the 60-Day Coaching Program. Nothing on it is a binding offer. The program starts only when you accept a written proposal or agreement and complete payment.
Applying
Submitting an application does not enroll you in the program or create any obligation for you or for us. We review every application and may decline any of them. Please give us accurate details, so we can prepare for your strategy call.
Working together
If you join the program, the proposal or agreement you accept, including its payment terms, governs our work together. If it conflicts with these terms, it wins.
Results
The client results on this site are real results from specific brands we worked with. Each figure is one brand’s result, and periods vary by brand. Your results depend on your products, your market, your budget and your team’s work. We do not promise any specific outcome.
Figures in page graphics and the playbook
Dashboards and figures shown in page graphics are for demonstration. Results vary by brand. They show how the work looks, and they are not client data or client results.
The Playbook Library shows emails and ads made by other brands, for education. Those brands own their work and their trademarks. They are not affiliated with Miz Commerce, and showing their work does not mean they endorse us.
Our content
The text, design, paintings and code of this site belong to Miz Commerce or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site. Please do not copy, sell or republish its content without our written permission. Client names and logos belong to their owners.
Using the site fairly
- Do not submit false information or apply in someone else’s name.
- Do not try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or overload it.
- Do not scrape or copy the site with automated tools.
Other services
Some steps use services run by other companies, such as the booking calendar, our community on Skool and the checkout. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
